sec.16 Term of office
A director of the board holds office for a term of 3 years and, subject to this Act, is eligible for reappointment. The Governor in Council may, at any time, remove from office a director of the board by gazette notice. s 16 amd 1994 No. 65 s 3 sch ; 2009 No. 38 s 15 (sec.16-ssec.1) A director of the board holds office for a term of 3 years and, subject to this Act, is eligible for reappointment.
