sec.124 Liability to pay fee under regulation preserved

This section applies to a fee payable under the Workplace Health and Safety Regulation 2008 , part 9 that is unpaid immediately before the repeal of part 9 of the regulation under the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 , section 329 .
