sec.112 Regulations
The Governor in Council may make regulations for the purposes of this Act. A regulation may provide that contravention of a regulation is an offence and prescribe a maximum penalty, of not more than 16 penalty units, for the offence. s 112 sub 1993 No. 66 s 3 sch (sec.112-ssec.1) The Governor in Council may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
