sec.110 Indemnity to persons administering Act

The authority is to indemnify all persons engaged in giving effect to this Act against all actions, proceedings and claims in respect of— acts done, or omissions made, in good faith under this Act; or acts done, or omissions made, in good faith and without negligence for the purposes of this Act. s 110 amd 1994 No. 65 s 3 sch

• (a) acts done, or omissions made, in good faith under this Act; or
• (b) acts done, or omissions made, in good faith and without negligence for the purposes of this Act.
