#### 9 Functions of Committee 9 Functions of Committee > > (1) The Committee shall have and may exercise the functions conferred or imposed on it by Part 6 or by or under any other provision of this or any other Act. > > > (2) The Committee— > > > > > (a) shall furnish to the Corporation advice and recommendations on such matters relating to the administration of this Act as are referred to it by the Corporation, and > > > > > (b) may make recommendations to the Corporation with respect to— > > > > > > > (i) the administration of this Act, > > > > > > > (ii) the publicising to workers, employers and others of matters relating to the administration of this Act, > > > > > > > (iii) the investment of the Fund, and > > > > > > > (iv) the rate of any long service levy.
