#### 51 Appeal in relation to long service levy 51 Appeal in relation to long service levy > > (1) A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Corporation in connection with an assessment under section 47— > > > > > (a) as to the cost of erecting a building in respect of which a long service levy is payable, or > > > > > (b) as to the date on which work on the erection of such a building commenced, > > > > may appeal to the Committee for a review of the matter. > > > (2) The Committee may, in determining an appeal under subsection (1) confirm the decision of the Corporation or quash the decision of the Corporation and determine the cost of erecting the building or, as the case may require, the date on which work on the erection of the building commenced.
