#### 45 Certificate as to payment of long service levies 45 Certificate as to payment of long service levies > A certificate purporting to be signed by the Chief Executive Officer or a person holding, or acting in, a prescribed office or position and certifying— > > > (a) that, on a date specified in the certificate, an amount of long service levy, so specified, in respect of the erection of a building so specified, was paid to the Corporation or an authorised agent of the Corporation, > > > (b) that, during a period so specified, an amount of long service levy in respect of the erection of a building so specified, was not so paid, or > > > (c) that no amount of long service levy was payable in respect of the erection of a building so specified, > > is admissible in evidence in any proceedings and is evidence of the matters stated therein. > > **s 45:** Am 1998 No 33, Sch 2 \[3\]; 2004 No 55, Sch 1.4 \[3\].
