Tasmania regulation
This instrument amends the Building Regulations 2016 and records that the amendment has been incorporated into the authorised version of those Regulations. The change takes effect on the day the instrument’s making is notified in the Gazette (reg 2). It therefore alters the regulatory rules that apply to persons and activities already covered by the Building Regulations 2016 (for example builders, certifiers and building owners) and is administered by the Department of Justice.

These regulations may be cited as the Building Amendment Regulations 2024 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette.
In these regulations, the Building Regulations 2016 are referred to as the Principal Regulations.
The amendment effected by this regulation has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Building Regulations 2016 .
