### 75 Interpretation
> In this Part –

> > ***adjoining owner*** includes –

> > > > (a) the owner of adjoining premises; and

> > > > (b) the State Service Agency, council or other organisation responsible for the management of the adjoining premises; and

> > > > (c) a person appointed by the Director of Building Control as agent for such an owner under [section 78](#GS78@EN) ;
