### 34 Building surveyor may seek second opinion on performance solution > > (1)  If a building surveyor is assessing a performance solution in respect of work, the building surveyor may seek the opinion of another building services provider, who is qualified to review such a performance solution, as to whether both the performance solution and the work – > > > > > > (a) comply with the relevant performance requirements of the National Construction Code; or > > > > > > > (b) do not comply with those performance requirements. > > > (2)  The Director of Building Control may determine whether a person, or a class of persons, is qualified to review a performance solution.
