330A Further amendment of regulations not prevented
[Section 330A Inserted by No. 39 of 2018, s. 48, Applied:01 Jan 2017] The amendment of a provision of regulations made under this Act, or any other Act, by the Building Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2018 , does not prevent that regulation, or any other provision of those regulations, from being amended or rescinded by a later Act or regulations.
