### 315 Evidence of compliant demolition work > > (1)  Unless evidence is provided to the contrary, demolition work is taken to comply with this Act if it complies with the relevant performance requirements of the National Construction Code. > > > (2)  Unless evidence is provided to the contrary, demolition work is taken to comply with the relevant performance requirements of the National Construction Code if – > > > > > > (a) in relation to permit demolition work – > > > > > > > > > > (i) a demolition permit is issued in respect of the demolition work; and > > > > > > > > > > > (ii) a certificate of completion is issued in respect of the demolition work; and > > > > > > > (b) in relation to notifiable demolition work, a certificate of completion is issued in respect of the demolition work.
