[Section 281A Inserted by No. 9 of 2023, s. 28, Applied:01 Oct 2024] An owner of premises, or a building services provider, licensed builder or licensed plumber engaged by such an owner, may appeal to the appeal tribunal against a decision of the Director of Building Control made under Part 15 in relation to the premises.
