277A Appeals relating to defective work orders
[Section 277A Inserted by No. 9 of 2023, s. 27, Applied:01 Oct 2024] An owner of premises, or a person issued with an order under section 209A in respect of work on premises, may appeal to the appeal tribunal against the issuing of an order under section 209A in respect of defective building work on those premises.
