### 274 Amendment or revocation of building, plumbing or demolition orders
> > (1) An owner who is required to comply with a building order, plumbing order or demolition order may, if there is a change in circumstances after the service of the order, request that the person who issued the order amend or revoke the order.
>
> > (2) A person who receives an application under [subsection (1)](#GS274@Gs1@EN) may, if he or she issued the order that is the subject of the application –
> >
> > > > (a) refuse to amend or revoke the order; or
> > >
> > > > (b) issue an amended order; or
> > >
> > > > (c) revoke the order.
>
> > (3) An application under [subsection (1)](#GS274@Gs1@EN) is taken to have been refused if action has not been taken under [subsection (2)](#GS274@Gs2@EN) within the specified period.
