### 23 Publication of documents by Director of Building Control > If the Director of Building Control is required to publish a document under this Act, the document is taken to be published if – > > > > (a) the document is made available for viewing by members of the public on a website that is accessible by the public; or > > > > > (b) the document is made available for viewing by members of the public by any other means the Director of Building Control considers appropriate.
