### 186 Duration of certificate of likely compliance (permit demolition work) > > (1)  A certificate of likely compliance (permit demolition work) issued under this Subdivision expires 12 months from the date of issue. > > > (2)  Despite [subsection (1)](#GS186@Gs1@EN) , a certificate of likely compliance (permit demolition work) issued under this Subdivision that is in force when submitted with an application for a demolition permit – > > > > > > (a) is taken to form part of any demolition permit issued as a result of that application; and > > > > > > > (b) remains in force until that demolition permit expires or lapses.
