### 164 Plumbing permit required before performing permit plumbing work > > (1)  A person must not perform permit plumbing work unless there is a valid plumbing permit in force in respect of the plumbing work. > > > > Penalty:  Fine not exceeding 100 penalty units. > > > (2)  In addition to any penalty imposed under this section, a permit authority may take any necessary action, in relation to permit plumbing work performed other than in accordance with a plumbing permit or an order under this Act, required to ensure the work complies with this Act.
