97 Approval of fidelity fund scheme—request for more (1) The Minister may, in writing, ask an applicant under section 96 to give the Minister the additional information that the Minister reasonably needs to decide the application. (2) The Minister may refuse to consider the application further if the information is not provided within the period stated in the request.
