96 Approval of fidelity fund scheme—application
(1) The trustees of a fidelity fund scheme may apply to the Minister for
approval of the scheme.
(a) be in writing and signed by all the trustees of the scheme; and
(b) include—
(i) a copy of the trust deed; and
(ii) evidence to show the scheme complies with the approval
criteria; and
(iii) the address for service for the trustees.
