83R Person pretending to be authorised person (a) is not an authorised person; and (b) carries out a function of an authorised person; and Miscellaneous Division 5A.5 (c) is reckless as to whether the person is appointed as an authorised person. (2) A person commits an offence if the person— (a) is not an authorised person; and (b) carries out a function of an authorised person. (3) Strict liability applies to— (a) subsection (1) (a) and (b); and (b) subsection (2) (a) and (b).
