78Occupation and use of ex-government buildings

78 Occupation and use of ex-government buildings (1) This section applies to a building for which a certificate of regularisation has been issued that is— (a) on land held under a lease or tenancy from the Commonwealth by a person other than the Territory; or (b) on land held under a sublease or tenancy from the Territory. (2) A person must not occupy or use, or allow anyone else to occupy or use, the building, or a part of the building, for a purpose other than the purpose stated in the certificate of regularisation.
