66 Meaning of prescribed requirements—div 5.1 prescribed requirements, in relation to building work, means— (a) if the building work involves handling asbestos or disturbing friable asbestos—the requirements of— (i) this Act; and (ii) the Work Health and Safety Act 2011; or (b) for any other building work—the requirements of this Act. made or in force under the Act, including any regulation and the building code (see Legislation Act, s 104).
