63E Completion of demolition work—affected residential
premises and eligible impacted property
(1) This section applies if a building the subject of a demolition order has
been demolished.
(2) The custodian of the land on which the building was located may
apply to the construction occupations registrar for a certificate to the
effect that the demolition has been carried out in accordance with the
demolition order (a demolition certificate).
(3) The construction occupations registrar may, by written notice, ask the
custodian of the land on which the building was located, for further
information in relation to the demolition.
(4) The construction occupations registrar must issue a demolition
certificate if the construction occupations registrar is satisfied that—
(a) any further information required under subsection (3) has been
provided; and
(b) the demolition has been carried out in accordance with the
demolition order.
