149 Legal liability for acts of registrar etc (1) The construction occupations registrar, a building inspector, or a person who was the registrar or an inspector, is not civilly or criminally liable in relation to anything done or omitted to be done honestly in the exercise of a function under this Act. (2) A civil or criminal liability that would, apart from this section, attach to the construction occupations registrar or a building inspector attaches instead to the Territory.
