133 Power to authorise required work
(a) a notice has been issued under part 4 (Stop and other notices and
demolition orders); and
(b) the notice has not been complied with.
(2) The construction occupations registrar may, in writing, authorise a
building inspector to—
(a) enter premises where the building work mentioned in the notice
has been, is being or should have been carried out; and
(b) carry out the building work mentioned in the notice.
(3) The construction occupations registrar may, in writing, authorise a
person to assist a building inspector who is authorised to act under
subsection (2).
(4) A written authority may only be given if the construction occupations
registrar believes on reasonable grounds that the person authorised
has the necessary skills and qualifications to act under this section.
