132 Costs of inspection

stop notice, the builder must bear the costs (the inspection costs) of
any pulling down, opening or cutting into the building work carried
out during the inspection.
(2) However, if, on inspection, it is found that there are no grounds for
the giving of a stop notice, the Territory must bear the inspection costs
and the costs of making good any damage to the building work caused
