126 Obligations of trustees to auditors and actuaries (1) The trustees of an approved scheme commit an offence if the trustees fail to make arrangements necessary to enable the auditor or actuary for the scheme, or any special actuary for the scheme, to exercise their functions in relation to the scheme.
