118 Giving of information to Minister by auditor or actuary etc
(1) This section applies to a person who is, or has been, an auditor or
actuary for an approved scheme.
(2) The person may give information to the Minister about the approved
scheme if the person considers that giving information will assist the
Minister to exercise the Minister’s functions under this part.
(3) If this section applies to a person, the Minister may, by written notice
given to the person, require the person to give stated information
about the approved scheme to the Minister within a stated reasonable
time.
(4) A person commits an offence if the person contravenes a notice under
