116 Compliance with prudential standards by auditors and actuaries (1) The auditor or actuary for an approved scheme commits an offence if the auditor or actuary contravenes the prudential standards in relation to the exercise of their functions as auditor or actuary for the scheme. (2) An offence against this section is an offence of strict liability.
