114 When person stops holding appointment as auditor or actuary A person stops holding an appointment as auditor or actuary of an approved scheme if— (a) the approval of the person’s appointment is revoked under section 113; or (b) the person resigns the appointment by giving written notice to the trustees of the approved scheme; or (c) the trustees end the appointment by giving written notice to the person.
