108 Cancellation of approval on application
(1) The Minister may cancel the approval of an approved scheme if the
trustees of the scheme ask the Minister, in writing, to do so.
(2) If the Minister cancels the approval, the Minister must give written
notice of the cancellation to the trustees.
(3) A cancellation under this section is a notifiable instrument.
