Part 15C Transitional matters for Part 2 of Building Amendment Act 2005 Building Act 1993 125 (2) The power given by subsection (1) may be exercised only within one year after the Commencement of this Act, but a regulation made in pursuance of it remains in force until repealed by Regulations made under this Act. (3) Regulations made under this section may be made retrospective to the date of commencement of this Act or any date after that commencement, and have effect accordingly. (4) To the extent that Regulations made under this section are inconsistent with this Act or the repealed Act, the Regulations shall prevail.
