97 Saving for easements Nothing in this Part relating to protection (except for overhead protection) authorises interference with an easement of light or other easement in or relating to a party wall or prejudicially affects the right of a person to preserve a right in connection with a party wall which is demolished or rebuilt or to take a necessary step for that purpose.
