93 Work to conform to Regulations etc. (1) All protection works for an adjoining property must be carried out by the relevant person required to carry out the protection works as quickly as possible in the circumstances and in compliance with the Regulations and with the drawings and specifications agreed to between the parties. (2) In proceedings under this Part with respect to the execution of protection works for an adjoining property under this Part, the statement of the Director as to whether or not the Regulations or the drawings or specifications have been complied with is admissible as evidence.
