89 Liability not affected Nothing in this Part relieves a relevant person from any liability to which the relevant person would otherwise be subject for injury to an owner or occupier of adjoining property because of the protection works carried out by the relevant person under this Part, but the relevant person has the right to complete the works without being subject to proceedings for an injunction.
