63 Inspections (1) A building certifier or the Director may, at any reasonable time, on being notified under section 62 that an inspection stage has been completed, inspect the building work concerned. (2) Subject to subsection (3), the building certifier or the Director may inspect building work at any time, whether or not an inspection stage under section 62 has been completed. (3) A building certifier or the Director may inspect building work only with the owner's consent or if otherwise permitted to do so by or (4) A building certifier or the Director may do anything that is reasonably necessary to be done to inspect building work under this section, including demolishing, opening, cutting into and testing the building work.
