35 Review by Tribunal (1) The Tribunal has jurisdiction to review a decision (a reviewable decision) specified in Schedule 5. (2) An affected person, for a reviewable decision, is a person specified in Schedule 5 for the decision. Building Act 1993 42 (3) An affected person for a reviewable decision may apply to the Tribunal for review of the decision. Note for section 35 The Northern Territory Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2014 sets out the procedure for applying to the Tribunal for review of the decision and other relevant matters in relation to reviews.
