24G Determinations by Minister The Minister may, by Gazette notice, determine any of the (a) the qualifications and experience for registration or renewal of registration as a building practitioner in a category of building practitioner; (c) the types of insurance policies, and amounts of insurance to be provided under the policies, that may be required under a condition prescribed by regulation for section 24(3), 24B(3), 24EA(3) or 24F(3); (d) criteria to be met by providers of insurance policies mentioned in paragraph (c).
