190 Definitions amended laws means this Act and the Regulations as in force on and after the commencement day. Part 19 Transitional matters for Building Amendment (Residential Building Consumer Protection) Act 2012 Building Act 1993 133 approved insurance policy means an approved policy of insurance mentioned in section 61 of this Act as in force immediately before the commencement day. commencement day means the day on which this Part commences. former laws means this Act and the Regulations as in force immediately before the commencement day. relevant building work means building work for which an approved insurance policy was required before the commencement day.
