179 Transitional Regulations (1) For ensuring the orderly implementation of Parts 4A and 4B, the Administrator may make regulations that he or she considers necessary or convenient to be made. (2) The power given by subsection (1) may only be exercised within 12 months after the commencement date. (3) Regulations made under this section may be made retrospective to the commencement date or any date after the commencement date and will have force accordingly. (4) To the extent that Regulations made under this section are inconsistent with this Act or a provision of an Act specified in the Regulations, the Regulations prevail. (5) In this section: commencement date means the commencement of Part 4A or 4B, as appropriate.
