172B Validation of things done or omitted before 16 September 2004 (1) A thing done or omitted to be done under Parts 4 to 13 (inclusive) in or in relation to a part of the Territory during the validation period is not invalid because a declaration under section 6(2) was not in force (except by virtue of section 172A) in or in relation to that part of the Territory at the time the thing was done or omitted to be done. validation period means the period commencing on 1 September 1993 and ending on 15 September 2004.
