166 Offences A person must not: (a) fail or refuse to produce records on being required to do so by an authorised officer in pursuance of section 164; or Building Act 1993 121 (b) make a false or misleading statement in answer to an inquiry in pursuance of that section; or (c) assault, delay, obstruct, hinder or impede an authorised officer in the performance of a function or exercise of a power under this Act. 166AA Acquisition on just terms If the operation of this Act would, apart from this section, result in an acquisition of property from a person otherwise than on just terms: (a) the person is entitled to receive from the Territory the compensation necessary to ensure the acquisition is on just terms; and (b) a court of competent jurisdiction may decide the amount of compensation or make the orders it considers necessary to ensure the acquisition is on just terms.
