16 Register of building practitioners (1) The Practitioners Board must maintain a register of building practitioners with separate parts for each category of building (1A) If the Practitioners Board has imposed conditions on the registration of a building practitioner under section 24FAB: (a) the conditions must be included in the entry for the building practitioner in the register; and (b) if the building practitioner is the nominee of a corporation registered as a building practitioner – the conditions must also be included in the entry for the corporation in the register. (2) The Practitioners Board may give directions for the correction of information in the register.
