124Appeals

124 Appeals (1) An owner of a building, place or temporary structure affected by a building order, or the owner's agent, may, in accordance with Part 11, not later than 28 days after the order is served on him or her, appeal to the Appeals Board against the order. (2) An owner, or an owner's agent, may, in accordance with Part 11, within 28 days after being advised of a refusal under section 123(2) to make a report, appeal to the Appeals Board against the refusal. (3) On an appeal being made under this section, the Appeals Board may confirm, amend or cancel the building order. (4) A building order has no effect until any appeal against the order is finally disposed of.
