122 Police assistance The Director or a person performing the functions of the Director may request the assistance of a police officer, and a police officer may assist, in removing persons from a building, place or temporary structure in or on which the Director or person, or an agent of the Director or person, is carrying out or is about to carry out work in accordance with a building order.
