101 Work may be carried out by Director
(1) If an owner fails to carry out work as required by an emergency
order, the Director may carry out the work.
(2) The costs and expenses incurred by the Director in carrying out
work referred to in subsection (1) are a debt due and payable by
the owner to the Territory.
