#### 78F Guidelines on interest charge provisions The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine guidelines relating to the operation of the provisions of this Division dealing with interest charge. 4 Subsection 82(3) (paragraph (a) of the definition of debt) Omit “78”, substitute “78B”. 5 After subsection 91(1A) Insert: (1B) If a payment is required to be made under an arrangement entered into under subsection (1) or (1A) before the end of a particular day, the payment must be made before the end of that day.
