Real estate signs advertising sale or lease of premises
(1) Maximum area—
(a) 2.5m2 on land in a conservation zone, or
(b) 4m2 on land in any other zone.
(2) Must not be displayed for longer than 14 days after the date of sale or lease of the premises.
(3) Maximum 2 signs per premises.
