9 Application of Part 2
This Part applies to a licensee of, or an authorised person in relation to, a transmitter licence in circumstances where: (a) the licensee or authorised person is planning to establish a transmitter to transmit: (i) a broadcasting service; or (ii) a datacasting service; or (iii) a digital radio broadcasting service; or (b) the licensee or authorised person is planning to change the technical operating specifications of a transmitter which is authorised for transmitting: (i) a broadcasting service; or (ii) a datacasting service; or (iii) a digital radio broadcasting service.
